6-Week
SKILL TRANSFERENCE
Bootcamp
Unlock the power of what you already know
A 6-week guided bootcamp to help you turn your real-life experiences into confidence, clarity, and career-shifting skills.
What you’ll learn
-
You don’t need to change who you are; you need to notice what you already bring.
This module helps you unpack your real-life experiences, hobbies, and passions to uncover strengths you’ve been using all along. Whether it’s running a raid or running a household, it all counts.
-
You know your skills; now let’s say them so others can, too.
You’ll learn how to describe your talents in ways that are authentic to you and understandable to employers, collaborators, or clients. This is about finding your language instead of using corporate buzzwords.
-
Skills are great , but confidence is the game-changer.
We’ll tackle self-doubt, internalized expectations, and imposter syndrome so you can take real steps forward. You’ll leave with tools, clarity, and the reminder that you are already enough to begin.

A flexible worksheet to help you rewrite key actions and experiences into language that feels right and communicates clearly.

We look at those non-traditional experiences like fandom, gaming, caregiving, organizing, or creating, and embrace them as valid and valuable. Your quirks aren’t liabilities; they’re leverage.
-

This tool helps you take one moment or role and reframe it for different contexts: A conversation with a collaborator, an intro in a pitch meeting, or just an internal check-in.
-
